On February 1st, 2012 the projects EcoMobility and LETS 2050 together with Länsstyrelsen in Skåne and will host a workshop to discuss possibilities for conversion to a climate-neutral transport sector. The focus of the workshop is on policy instruments and governance issues from a regional perspective. The Swedish government has appointed Länsstyrelsen the task of organizing regional dialogues on how to achieve the vision of a Sweden without greenhouse gas emissions by 2050. The government has also appointed Skåne to be a pilot county for green development and Länsstyrelsen to be head of this.
